PRICES:  Posted web site pricing is wholesale only.  All prices are subject to change without notice.  All part numbers and specifications are also subject to change without notice.  Special orders and quantity pricing available upon request. 

SALES:  Terms of sale are   C.O.D.  All sales are Credit Card Only.  Company checks accepted only when prior arrangements have been made.  Returned checks are subject to a $50.00 service charge.  California Wholesale Dealers can buy without paying CA Sales Tax on the website.  We must have a copy of your current CA Seller's Permit on file.  Some special orders will require prepayment.  

SHIPPING:  All orders will be shipped F.O.B. warehouse (Anaheim,CA).  Will Call orders may be picked up when Customer is notified their order is ready.  Will Call orders are not packaged unless specified by Customer which additional packaging charges will be applied.  If orders are to be shipped, AMC will box them for $12.00 per box for rim diameters 17"- 22" and $20.00 per box for 24"- 28".  Customer can email or fax shipping labels to use their shipping account.  If AMC ships we use Fed Ex, boxing & shipping charges will be added to the purchase.  

RETURNS:  All returns are handled on a case by case basis  and must have prior approval before being returned.  Special orders are not returnable.  Shipment being returned must be prepaid and shipping costs will not be reimbursed.  Returns are subject to a 40% restocking charge.  Only store credit will be given towards new purchases.  All cancelled orders paid with credit card can be held for store credit. If refunded, all credit card fees will be applied and deducted from the refund amount. No returns will be accepted after 5 days from date of shipment.  All products must be returned in the original box with documentation intact.  Rim halves must be in perfect condition to receive credit/replacement.

WARRANTY / INDEMNITY:  All Items are sold AS IS, and with all faults. There is no warranty either expressed or implied.  AMC Inc. will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of these products.  The purchaser and user shall determine the suitability and safety of the product for it’s intended use, and the purchaser and user assumes all responsibility and risk in connection therewith.
